Dr. Sherghin’s journey in dentistry began with a solid foundation in science, earning his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Windsor in 2007. He then pursued his passion for dental health at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated with a Degree in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 2011. His dedication to continuous learning is evident in his pursuit of higher education. Dr. Sherghin has enhanced his clinical and business acumen through a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the prestigious Ivey Business School in 2021. His commitment to mastering advanced dental techniques led him to Goethe University Frankfurt, where he is currently completing a Master’s in Esthetic Dentistry (M.Sc.), and the Medical University of Vienna for a Master’s in Periodontology and Implantology (M.Sc.). 

Dr. Sherghin’s expertise is further solidified by an array of specialized certifications and training. He has completed an Advanced Education Degree in General Dentistry at St. Johns Providence Healthcare System in Michigan and holds certifications in Nitrous and Oral-Moderate Sedation, Parenteral IV Conscious Sedation, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Sherghin is also certified in Dentoalveolar CT Scanning and Botox Administration. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Sherghin has been recognized for his leadership and excellence. He has received numerous awards, including the Golden Key Honorary Society Award, the Leadership Recognition Award, and the Peak Emerging Leader in Canada Recognition Award. His academic excellence is marked by his inclusion on the Dean’s List from 2003 to 2011 and the Oral Implantology Achievement Award. Dr. Sherghin is an active member of several esteemed professional organizations, including the Canadian Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American and European Academy of Osseointegration. He maintains good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. 

Dr. Sherghin has refined his skills and broadened his expertise through extensive residencies across the globe. He has pursued advanced oral implantology training in Brazil and Mexico and mastered bone augmentation and sinus lift techniques in the United States, Germany, and Hungary. His professional journey also includes advanced cosmetic rehabilitation workshops in Germany and Italy. These international experiences have not only enhanced his clinical abilities but also provided him with a unique insight into global dental practices.
